          I am a Sales Specialist at Sophie Paris PH. I explain the specifications and features of our products online and in person to existing or potential customers, with the goal of making a sale. I also forcast potential sales via Social Media Sites and ensure my targets are met. I post products in social media,present catalogues to potential buyers, I also  cater inquiries, manage shipping and placing orders.

          I work as Technical Support Specialist in one of the biggest BPO Company here in the Philippines. I provide technical resolutions for customers who were having problems with their cable, internet and phone connections, including appointment setting for technicians. Trouble shooting, re-connections of customers services, adding add ons on their plan,system checking of their connections are the ones that I usually do.

          After my BPO career path I switched to Teaching English via online with Chinese Students. I conduct my classes using Skype, the company's own Air Classroom and in QQ (an instant messaging software service developed by the Chinese company Tencent Holdings Limited).

 

Working in these various kinds of field, equipped me with more knowledge on how to engage with people around the globe may it be personal or virtual. Multi Tasking is one my core competence in providing digital freelancing services since even before I am already trained to do multi tasking jobs. I detail am oriented,I can work under pressure with minimal supervision and I always work smart.
